If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to handle life’s challenges, therapy can help. It’s a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, get perspective, and develop tools to live more fully. You don’t need a “big problem” to benefit—therapy is for anyone who wants to feel more connected, understood, and empowered in life.
VIKN Dynamics is for anyone who wants guidance, support, and practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s managing stress, improving relationships, or finding clarity during a transition. We focus on real-life solutions that actually work, meeting you where you are, not where you “should” be. If you want a collaborative, empathetic, and action-oriented approach to mental health and personal growth, VIKN Dynamics may be a great fit. The best way to know for sure is to reach out—we can answer your questions and see if we’re the right match for your journey.
VIKN Dynamics is not the right solution for you if any of the following is true:
We’ll talk about what’s on your mind, notice patterns that may be holding you back, and explore strategies to help you move forward. Sessions are private, judgment-free, and focused entirely on your growth and well-being.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people see meaningful changes in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. Together, we’ll set a pace that fits your goals and life.
Absolutely. We offer secure virtual sessions so you can connect from home, work, or anywhere that feels comfortable for you.
Reach out via phone 206-445-8199, email: heather@vikndynamics.com, or complete the form below, to schedule a free 15-minute introduction. We’ll help you find a time that works and answer any questions before your first session. Taking the first step is often the hardest part—after that, it gets easier.
The cost of therapy can vary depending on the type of session and your needs. Sessions can range from $120 to $160 per session based on the number of people present in a session (individual, couple, family) and the amount of time needed (50 minutes, 80 minutes, etc.). The most important thing is finding support that works for you—let’s talk and make a plan that fits your life and budget.
It depends on what feels right for you. In-person sessions can offer a more personal, hands-on connection, while telehealth sessions provide convenience, comfort, and flexibility from home. Many clients find a mix works best. We’ll help you choose the option that fits your lifestyle, comfort level, and goals.
Communication happens primarily during your scheduled sessions, whether in-person or via secure telehealth. Between sessions, you can reach out by a secure portal for scheduling or quick questions. We will guide you on the best ways to stay connected while maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
No, we do not bill insurance at this time. All sessions are private pay, which allows us to focus entirely on your care without the limits or requirements often associated with insurance.
Insurance coverage for therapy varies depending on your plan. Many health insurance plans offer partial or limited coverage, and reimbursement often requires a mental health diagnosis. When you choose to use insurance, the therapist may need to submit a diagnosis, treatment plans, or session summaries to your insurance company. We’re happy to provide a superbill that includes receipts for sessions so you can submit them yourself.
